Considering the age factor of the inhabitants (Elders), the design is done to have easy access between the spaces and to have visual enhancement of space by means of openness in the planning. The contemporary look is enhanced by the glass façade in the front.

Sagitech Office of the company located in Chennai , Tamil Nadu . The concept was to have a dated rustic look . The reception is accentuated with a live showcasing all of their products .
